This game saw a 10 man Wash play in a rain reduced 30-over game at home against Barnes. There were several good performances: Hilly with a 60 odd knock, Max and Abhi bowled well and at the end Abhi stood firm with a solid effort until he was last man out, but with a middle order collapse we were not able to chase down the Barnes total of 164. However, they’re a great bunch of blokes and we look forward to putting on a better effort in August.
